  • Single-family home highlights comparing March 2024 to March 2023:
    • New listings down 13.7%
    • Closed sales down 11.8%
    • Inventory of homes up 48.4%
    • Months supply of inventory at 6.7 months, up 54.1%
  • Condo highlights comparing March 2024 to March 2023
    • New listings down 1.9%
    • Closed sales down 12.3%
    • Inventory of homes up 87.6%
    • Months supply of inventory at 7.3 months, up 108.6%

Naples Area Real Estate MarketNaples Area Board of REALTORS® (NABOR®) released the March Market Report. Here are a few interesting observations:
  • Inventory increased 67.6% compared to March 2023 to 5,283 properties
  • There were 2,667 price decreases during the month
  • Per brokers, the price decreases are an indication that sellers are taking steps to stay competitive
  • Closed sales in March decreased 14.2% versus March 2023
  • Cash sales have surged to 63%
  • Naples luxury home market continues to grow with 32 homes sold for the month in the $5 million and above price range
