This report describes year-to-year comparisons, year-to-date statistics, and sales price trends since 2007. For a more detailed analysis, here is the Florida Realtors October Report.
Naples Area Real Estate Market – Naples Area Board of REALTORS® (NABOR®) released the October Market Report. Here are a few interesting observations:
- 31.8% increase in new listings from October 2022, the highest number added to the market compared to any October since the pandemic
- Overall pending sales decreased in October, a result of reduced showing activity during the summer months
- Higher days on the market also contributed to lower sales in October
- Cash sales continue to exceed 50% of all sales
- 4.5 months of supply in October, below a balanced market level
