- Months supply of inventory at 5.9 months, up 84.4%

Naples Area Real Estate Market – Naples Area Board of REALTORS® (NABOR®) released the February Market Report. Here are a few interesting observations:
- There were 2,264 price decreases reported in February as Sellers may be shifting from aspirational pricing to realistic market pricing
- Rising inventory brings Seller patience as Buyers spend more time waiting to find their right home
- Many Sellers are still struggling to accept their home may be overpriced
- Insurance rates and association fees are influencing home buying decisions as much as interest rates
