Naples Area Real Estate Market Report – Naples Area Board of REALTOR® (NABOR®) released the September Market Report stating performance exceeded activity reported during any other September on record. Typically September is the slowest month for real estate business but that was not the case this year. With the extremely low inventory, Buyers need to move quickly when they find the right home to avoid competing with other offers. Even with the pandemic, closed sales up 7.5% since January compared to the same time frame in 2019.
