Naples Area Real Estate Market Report – Naples Area Board of REALTOR® (NABOR®) released the August Market Report stating many expect the summer housing market momentum to continue into the fall months. August closings were up over 35% compared to last year, with the highest month-over-month in pending sales for the year. As a result the inventory of homes continues to stay on the low side, creating a Seller’s market in many communities.
