Naples Area Real Estate Market ReportNaples Area Board of REALTOR® (NABOR®) released the March Market Report stating home prices remained steady during the COVID-19 pandemic in the Naples area while home sales dropped. Activity remained strong the first two weeks of March. However, pending sales during the second half of March dropped off, ending the month with a 38.1 % decrease compared to a year earlier.
