- Low inventory & high demand continues to push home prices up
- Nearly 75% decrease in inventory of homes
- Cash sales exceed 63%
- Single-family home median closed prices increase 39%
- Condo median closed prices increase more than 47%
- Less than one month supply of homes on the market
- Buyers should not expect to negotiate price
