Bonita Springs-Estero June Market Report – The Bonita Springs-Estero Area Board of REALTOR® (B.E.A.R.®) reports details for June 2019.

Over the past couple of months there has been a shift towards a Sellers’ market with less than a five month supply of homes. The number of properties on the market in June was down 11% compared to a year ago. Pending sales were up 72% compared to last year with many of the home purchases occurring at the end of this year’s tourist season:
