Naples Area Real Estate Market Report – Naples Area Board of REALTOR® (NABOR®) released the April Market Report stating coronavirus slow the real estate market as expected during Florida’s safe-at-home restrictions. The good news is that even during the pandemic, home sales continued while home values were maintained. New approaches and tools have been implemented by many companies to protect both buyers and sellers…Zoom meetings, virtual showings, and more robust photography used for marketing online.
