Naples Area Real Estate Market ReportNaples Area Board of REALTOR® (NABOR®) released the October Market Report reporting a remarkable 23.7% increase in overall pending sales (homes under contract) compared to last year. Sellers experienced a 40% increase in showings and a slowing of price reductions – 15% compared to 26% in September.  There was a 17.7% decrease in inventory as the new construction market is experiencing aggressive builder home pricing with incentives to home buyers and real estate agents.
