Naples Area Real Estate Market Report – Naples Area Board of REALTOR® (NABOR®) released the July Market Report stating July home sales greatly exceeded last year. Potential Buyers who would have purchased in the April-May during the COVID-19 restrictions came back this summer. Plus many bought sight unseen using today’s virtual technology to view the homes. The high volume of sales activity took the single-family home inventory to the lowest level since October 2015.
