- Inventory of homes up 94.4%
- Months supply of inventory up 146.2%
- Condo – April 2023 compared to April 2022:
- New listings down 34%
- Pending sales down 16.6%
- Average days on market up 425%
- Closed sales down 17.1%
- Inventory of homes up 56.5%
- Months supply of inventory up 120%

Naples Area Real Estate Market – Naples Area Board of REALTOR® (NABOR®) released the April Market Report. Here are a few interesting observations:
- Overall sales activity slower than a year ago
- Home values continue to appreciate
- Inventory remains below the norm and is not expected to spike to high level this year
- Interest rates impacting some home sales
- Inventory decreasing in communities off the water and east of I-75
- Increasing insurance cost has become a factor for buyers
