Naples Area Real Estate Market Report – Naples Area Board of REALTOR® (NABOR®) released the May Market Report. Here are a few interesting statistics and comments:
- May had the highest number of new listings than any May in the last three years
- Increasing inventory of homes for sale is providing more options for Buyers
- Inventory of homes has been rising since December but still far below the norm several years ago
- Still have less than two month supply of homes available
- Over 60% of home purchases were cash sales
