Naples Area Real Estate Market Report – Naples Area Board of REALTOR® (NABOR®) released the May Market Report:
- Homes were being sold at 99.1% of the list price
- Price increases expected to sustain because of new fundamental home values
- Low inventory to continue given the demand for homes in SW FL
- Monthly showing and sales activity shows signs of deceleration after busy first quarter but expected to pick up again this summer
- Average days on the market at 43 days, a 52.2% decrease from a year ago
