Naples Area Real Estate Market Report – Naples Area Board of REALTOR® (NABOR®) released the June Market Report. Here are a few interesting statistics and comments:
- Data shows signs of a return to pre-pandemic summer activity when market conditions were balanced
- International buyers are coming back to Florida
- Inventory of homes for sale continues to increase but still far below the level that was the norm several years ago
- Nearly 50% of the June inventory had a price reduction
- The frenzy of homes selling in several days and above list price is over
