Naples Area Real Estate Market ReportNaples Area Board of REALTOR® (NABOR®) released the May Market Report. Here are a few interesting statistics and comments:
  • May had the highest number of new listings than any May in the last three years
  • Increasing inventory of homes for sale is providing more options for Buyers
  • Inventory of homes has been rising since December but still far below the norm several years ago
  • Still have less than two month supply of homes available
  • Over 60% of home purchases were cash sales
