Naples Area Real Estate Market Report – Naples Area Board of REALTOR® (NABOR®) released the February Market Report. Here are some of the interesting comments and statistics:
- Low inventory & high demand continues to motivate Sellers
- 25% of homes that went under contract came back on the market versus the traditional 3-5%
- Making backup offers worth considering with the increase in the number of contracts being terminated
- Many new listings are under contract before appearing on the MLS
- Only 26 single-family homes on the market during February that were priced $300,000 and below
- Four months in a row that condominiums have sold for over 100% of list price
